REGISTRATION

All presenters should ensure that they have registered for the conference HERE

 

LIVE ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Your talk will be delivered as part of a Live Zoom webinar, with a strict 15-minute timeslot (10 minute talk, then 5minutes for questions). Zoom joining instructions for your webinar will be provided in due course.

Please submit your slides toabstractsvirtualconference@anatsoc.org.ukby 5pm GMT Monday 4th January 2021, indicating which category you will be presenting under.

Please refer to the VIRTUAL CONFERENCE FINAL PROGRAMME for the timing of your presentation.

 

LIVE FLASH TALK PRESENTATIONS

Your talk will be delivered as part of a Live Zoom webinar, with a strict 5-minute timeslot utilising a single PowerPoint slide or poster. Zoom joining instructions for your webinar will be provided in due course.

Please send a single PowerPoint slide (landscape format) of your flash talk poster to abstractsvirtualconference@anatsoc.org.ukby 5pm GMT on Monday 4th January 2021, indicating under which category you will be presenting.

The Flash Talks evening will be held 7pm-9pm GMT on Wednesday 6th January and the Flash talk Q&A session will be held in the virtual conference chat room during/after the webinar.

VIRTUAL POSTERS

Please email an A4 size pdf version of your poster to abstractsvirtualconference@anatsoc.org.uk by 5pm GMT Monday 4th January 2021, indicating the category under which your submission falls.

You will be able to participate in a virtual poster chat room during coffee breaks and lunch breaks throughout the virtual conference.

To produce an A4 sized poster, it is recommended that you create your poster as a PowerPoint slide and then save it as a pdf file.
