Anatomy Exhibition at The University of Sheffield
10th February - 15th June 2025
Published: Monday, February 10, 2025
The exhibition begins with an investigation of the new technologies which are dramatically changing the way that anatomy is being taught at the University of Shefield. It looks back to when anatomy teaching was often
problematic and sometimes unpopular, and to 1904 when the subject was established at the University. Finally, the exhibition offers the opportunity to see centuries-old anatomy textbooks from our Rare Books Collection which show the pioneering science of the early anatomists and the technical brilliance of their illustrators and printers.
