Eline van der Kruk, a research fellow at the department of Bioengineering at Imperial College London, will take us on a journey to the world of Biomechanics, a place where computer simulations and smart sensors are being developed to push the boundaries of human movement. Her current work is aimed at developing neuro-musculoskeletal models and running predictive simulations to predict mobility impairments due to ageing.
