Virtual Anatomical Society General Meeting 6th January 2022
The Annual General Meeting of the Anatomical Society will be held at 13:30 to 14:30 GMT on Thursday 6th January 2022 as a virtual meeting via the RSB Zoom teleconferencing/videoconferencing platform.
Please register to attend in advance by logging into your mySociety account, and booking a place through the event page Registration for the AGM will close at 12 noon GMT on 5th January 2022, 1 day prior to the AGM.
The Zoom joining details will be sent to all registered guests on 5th January 2022, following close of registration.
For those wishing to join the virtual AGM meeting by telephone:
(a) You will not be able to vote on the day. Please can you therefore:
i. E-mail maryanne.piggott@kcl.ac.uk to advise that you are intending to join the virtual meeting by telephone, so a register of telephone attendees may be compiled (deadline 12 noon GMT 5th January 2022);
ii. Vote in advance on the Ordinary Resolutions in the Proxy Voting Form and return it by e-mail to maryanne.piggott@kcl.ac.uk (preferred method) or by post to the address on the Proxy Voting Form (deadline 12 noon GMT 5th January 2022).
(b) You will not be able to raise any questions at the end of the meeting under ‘Any other business’. Please therefore e-mail any question(s) in advance to maryanne.piggott@kcl.ac.uk (preferred method) or by post to the address on the Proxy Voting Form (deadline 12 noon GMT 5th January 2022).
Please be advised that the AGM will be recorded for administrative purposes and will be deleted, at the latest, 30 days from the occurrence of the meeting.
